Our food is a direct homage to the greatness of our land, and organic produce grown only by farmers we know and trust.

From tree to cake, we craft our organic desserts with the same care as the farmers tending and harvesting their organic produce. We source from small organic farms throughout Australia, primarily from Kurrawong Organics a 4th generation family farm near Bathurst  and Fanelli Organics situated on regenerated farmland within the NSW Central Coast Hinterland...  allowing us close involvement every step of the way.

We believe it is important to include Nature in our daily lives and to immerse ourselves into it as often as possible...as a way to preserve and improve our health and wellbeing.
